About you:

You enjoy building long‑term relationships with senior customers and being trusted to handle the moments that matter most. You like solving complex problems, having thoughtful commercial conversations, and helping customers see real value in what they use every day. We’ll rely on you to protect and grow some of our most important customer relationships — and you’ll have the space and support to do your best work.

Day to day, you will:

• Own the full renewal journey for a portfolio of strategic, high‑value customers.
• Lead clear, consultative renewal conversations with senior and C‑level stakeholders, focusing on value and long‑term partnership.
• Manage complex, multi‑year contract renewals, working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Support to remove obstacles.
• Use customer insight, product usage and business goals to forecast renewals accurately and share best practice across the team.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

•  Experience working with enterprise or private equity‑backed customers in a business‑to‑business software environment.

•  5-7 years managing large, complex renewals or strategic customer portfolios.

• Confidence navigating commercial contract structures and higher‑risk renewal scenarios.

• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data to guide renewal decisions.
• An interest in mentoring others and sharing practical approaches to complex renewals.

Compensation: $70k-$85k base salary + 40% variable
