Build, manage, and continuously strengthen relationships with customers in the assigned portfolio to deepen customer understanding, identify opportunities, and anticipate risks across customers and their value chains.
Propose and tailor solutions for assigned customers, acting as a trusted advisor and lead funding arranger, with the goal of positioning the Company as the primary transaction bank for customers and their broader value-chain ecosystem.
Partner with Product Divisions, the RBG Division, and support functions to capture business opportunities while ensuring effective risk governance for the customer portfolio and value chains.
Engage in core business activities, including:
Develop and expand customer relationships
Conduct customer insights and needs assessment
Coordinate with the Economic Sector to define and roll out customer CVP (Customer Value Proposition)
Develop ACP, build action plans, and deliver customer advisory/consulting initiatives
Manage customer performance effectively and proactively
Manage, maximize, and grow relationships within the assigned portfolio (primarily customers with diverse financial needs), ensuring achievement/exceeding planned TOI while maintaining strong asset quality across the portfolio.
Prepare, submit, and defend credit proposals (if applicable) to the Credit Committee for approval.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to detect early warning signals and emerging risks; work with line management and relevant stakeholders to recommend mitigation actions and execute customer-specific risk management plans.
Coordinate with the Division’s focal teams to support inspections, audits, and control reviews on a periodic basis or as required.
Provide ideas and recommendations to drive business growth and strengthen risk controls; collaborate cross-functionally to implement approved initiatives.
Maintain and enhance relationships across customer organizations at leadership, management, and operational levels.
Participate in Division initiatives and Company-wide projects as assigned by supervisors.
Implement the unit’s BCP in line with the Company’s requirements.
Ensure compliance with the Company’s regulations, policies, procedures, and guidance, as well as applicable laws, within the assigned scope.
Participate in capability-building programs and develop a personal growth roadmap.
Understand and consistently demonstrate organizational values and behavioral standards as defined by the Company.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- University degree in banking, finance, or related economic disciplines.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in finance/banking, including 10+ years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of banking and corporate legal/regulatory requirements, and corporate banking policies, products, and regulations (Corporate Customers).
- Solid knowledge of corporate customer market dynamics and business operations, including key industries and priority supporting sectors of the Corporate Customer Segment.
- English proficiency: TOEIC 650+ or equivalent.
