As Senior Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, drive talent acquisition strategy, and serve as an advocate for the quality of our process and the overall candidate experience. 

Reporting to the VP of Talent, you will help oversee Talent spending for multiple tools, manage user permissions as an admin in our ATS, and create feedback loops across our initiatives. The Senior Recruiter owns and reports on two or more Talent Acquisition metrics and provides valuable insights across process and teams, while also contributing to process improvement by implementing enhancements to current SOPs. 

This role is dedicated to driving efficiency, innovation, and success in the recruitment function. Your role as a key liaison between hiring leaders and cross-functional partners will ensure that our recruitment efforts are aligned with Talkspace’s mission of bringing quality mental healthcare to all!


Primary Responsibilities

Full Lifecycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process including all tasks from intake, to closing the finalist candidate and handing them off to the People Team counterpart for onboarding.
  • Manage a Recruitment consultant and delegate tasks within the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Serve as a strategic lead, and not completing administrative tasks.


Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Create and manage feedback loops on current Talent Acquisition initiatives and provide feedback to others’ solutions.
  • Implement new and creative solutions to improve the candidate quality and candidate experience and report back to Senior Leadership directly.


Relationship Building:

  • Communicate directly with hiring leaders up to C-Suite as well as cross functional partners in other departments, including but not limited to People Operations, Legal, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Product, etc.
  • Serves as a strategic partner for executives.


Vendor Management:

  • Serve as the point of contact for Talent spending for at least 2 Talent Acquisition tools.
  • Manage user permissions and serve as an administrator in the Recruitment platform


Metrics:

  • Own 2 or more Talent Acquisition related metrics and reporting progress to the team’s Senior Leaders.
  • Metrics may have visualizations, trackers, etc.


Process Improvement:

  • Implement improvements on current processes and maintaining and upholding current SOPs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter (internal or agency).
  • 3+ years created sourcing materials.
  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume


Database:

  • Previously knowledge implementing an ATS system .
  • Worked with multiple systems and understood the pros/cons at a macro and micro level (cost down to reporting specifics).


Previous experience with recruiting goals:

  • Proven experience in multiple environments (tech and non-tech, public and private, high volume, staffing, healthcare, varied sizes of companies).
  • Past experience exceeding individual recruiting goals and has a well-rounded understanding of various IC metrics in recruiting.
  • Presents progress towards goals in regular meetings.
  • Visualizes data.
  • Ownership of some metrics.
  • Communicates goals and tradeoffs to other departments as necessary.


Bonus Points:

  • Previous ATS Admin.
  • Prior experience with P&L ownership.
  • Prior experience managing teams or recruitment operations.
  • Prior experience managing expectations of the C-Suite and CEO regarding hiring timelines, feasibility, compensation.
  • Prior experience in guiding sourcing strategy and attending events to continue to innovate it.
  • Prior experience with documentation on booleans, target companies, vendors, plug-ins, etc.

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.
The base salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
