Supports Client Success operations across coaching and client-facing programs by owning workflows, lifecycle design, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, capacity planning, SOPs, and performance tracking. Partner with Analytics, Creative, Product, Finance, and Marketing leadership to scale customer acquisition and launch structured experimentation.

Leads technical projects from requirements through deployment across web, mobile, API, backend, and engineering teams. Translates product priorities into execution plans, manages timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, releases, and project documentation. The Senior AI Engineer will design and build autonomous AI agents for mental health applications, focusing on LLM integration and reinforcement learning techniques for user interactions.
