About Nerdio
At Nerdio, our mission is to simplify the lives of IT professionals and maximize their Microsoft cloud and end user computing investments.
We support organizations of all sizes looking to deploy, manage, and cost-optimize native Microsoft technologies. We partner with Enterprises and Managed Service Providers all over the world to add value on top of their existing native Microsoft investments like Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.
Created in 2016, Nerdio has always taken a market-leading and collaborative approach to cloud deployment and management. In fact, our product roadmap is greatly influenced by the regular feedback we receive from having seen companies deploy AVD into production environments several thousand times using Nerdio technology.
Today, Nerdio is used in over 50 countries by more than 15,000 organizations of every size and vertical. We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and support, which starts with identifying and supporting the best staff possible.
We are a fast-moving, nimble company looking for individuals who are collaborative, empathetic, driven and who love to move at the speed of light. If you want to be part of the AVD transformation that Microsoft and Nerdio are leading, then we want to speak with you.
About the role
As a Senior Recruiter at Nerdio, you will be a strategic talent partner to leaders across EMEA and APAC, helping us hire the people who will drive our next phase of growth. Working 100% remotely from the UK as part of our global Talent Acquisition team, you will own full life cycle recruiting for every line of business in the region, from senior leadership, sales and sales engineering to product, technical support, marketing and beyond.
You will build trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, act as their go-to advisor on talent strategy and local market dynamics, and build proactive talent pipelines so we are ready for the roles of tomorrow, not just the roles open today. This is a full-time role for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced tech environments, brings excellent sourcing skills and strong communication, and enjoys working across cultures and time zones. You will represent the Nerdio brand, culture and values throughout the hiring process.

- Build a deep understanding of the EMEA and APAC talent markets, including talent supply, salary expectations, local hiring practices and language needs, and turn that insight into tailored, country-specific search strategies.
- Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles, engaging passive candidates, talent communities, networks and referrals well ahead of demand.
- Lead creative, high-quality sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean and market mapping, direct outreach, events, communities and referral programs.
- Screen candidates for skills, experience and alignment with Nerdio’s culture and mission, and partner with hiring teams to run structured, consistent and inclusive interview processes.
- Coordinate interviews, gather and share feedback, and guide hiring teams through evaluation and decision-making.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first outreach to offer and beyond, and manage offers and negotiations in partnership with the People team, in line with local requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, and share pipeline health, funnel metrics and hiring progress with stakeholders.
- Continuously improve our recruiting processes, tools and documentation, share best practices, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People colleagues across regions, including the US.
