The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our US operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across IT roles while working closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions.
- Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Required Skills and Professional Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for full-time IT positions in the United States.
- Ability to work US hours (Eastern Time).
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in English.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
