Based in Boston, this role will sit in the Talent Acquisition team within the LEGO Group’s People, Places & Culture (PPC) organization.
Collaborating closely with Employer Brand & Attraction and Recruitment Support colleagues, you’ll partner with hiring managers to drive high-quality, efficient, and inclusive end-to-end recruitment processes for US (East/West Coast) and EMEA based roles across two business areas: PPC and LEGO Education.
Please note:
Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (mandatory 3 days in the office). This enables our LEGO colleagues to be and do their best at work.
Given the geographical reach of the position (US and EMEA based roles), being able and willing to interview and collaborate across different time zones is essential.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, which involves building strong relationships with hiring leaders, sourcing and developing talent pipelines, screening candidates, managing the selection process, making offer proposals, engaging with candidates, and facilitating onboarding.
Partner closely with our recruitment support team to plan and implement a world-class recruitment process through clear communication and accountabilities.
Foster a positive candidate experience through setting clear expectations in process, timelines and by giving timely feedback. Action on survey results to improve hiring experiences.
Delve into the talent market landscape (industry, geographic location, job market availability) and leverage talent insights to deploy relevant sourcing strategies and inform decision making.
Collaborate with hiring leaders to implement recruiting strategies that identify the most effective channels for sourcing candidates while enhancing our diverse representation in candidate pools.
Build, advocate for, and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring the adoption of equitable and inclusive recruitment practices across.

This role is part of the Talent function within the LEGO Group's People, Places & Culture (PPC) organization. As our newest teammate, you'll join the Talent Acquisition (TA) – PPC & LEGO Education team.
The Talent function is responsible for leading and implementing an ambitious global agenda, including talent attraction and employer brand, talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, all the way to cultural augmentation and organizational development.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in international, fast-moving environments.
Strong track record in sourcing and selecting talent across various seniority levels and functional areas (e.g. marketing, sales, finance, HR, Product).
Excellent attention to detail with proficient communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to clearly and concisely frame issues, clarify problems and influence/coach as needed.
Energized by using data and trends to adjust recruitment/sourcing strategies.
Thrives in dynamic, constantly evolving cross-functional teams.
Collaborative, brave, curious and focused.
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $90,000 - $135,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
