Core Responsibilities
Recruiting and collaborating across our global business value chain, more specifically:
Recruiting of new talents to various functions within the Operations teams, primarily but not exclusively to our Kladno manufacturing site (mostly technical roles ranging from Engineers, Specialists, up to Director-level positions)
Building strong partnerships with leaders and people partners to understand and support the factory and individual teams’ needs in relation to talent acquisition
Acting as on-site Talent Acquisition partner for salaried (white-collar) recruitment in Kladno, independently managing local hiring while working as part of a globally distributed Talent Acquisition team
Partnering with hiring managers to define an inclusive and relevant sourcing and recruitment strategy and building effective selection techniques
Contributing to local and global recruitment initiatives focusing on enhancing efficiency in recruitment
Helping to drive and secure strong support to our D&I agenda
Driving employer brand activities (job fairs, campaigns)
This position is a maternity cover role (3 years) located in our Kladno manufacturing site, and there is no relocation support offered for this role.

Do you have what it takes?
Several years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in an international, fast paced environment, experience with recruitment within manufacturing will be a big advantage
Proven track record in sourcing and selecting talent within the Operations sector preferable within various seniority levels
Dedicated professional who can independently lead the talent strategy at the site while working alongside a remote Talent team
Effective communication skills: Managing different communication channels while communicating in a clear, open and impactful way
Experienced and motivated to work with data and insights to qualify recruitment decisions
Strong business awareness: Ability to relate to the company’s strategy, opportunities and priorities
Proficient verbal and written English and Czech language skills are required
Interest in engineering, manufacturing, or technical disciplines, with the ability to quickly understand technical roles and business needs
