We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our high performing team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong agency recruitment experience and exceptional headhunting capabilities who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with hiring managers across multiple locations & assist them to attract, engage, and secure top talent across a diverse range of functions, including IT, Finance & Accounting, Operations, and Corporate Services.
This is an independent, standalone role based in Makati, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of end -to-end recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
Proactively source and headhunt high-calibre candidates using a variety of channels and search techniques.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Conduct candidate screening, assessments, and interview coordination, driving the end-to-end recruitment process from initial engagement through to offer negotiation and successful placement.
Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure recruitment activities are delivered within agreed timelines and service levels.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within Workday and recruitment systems.
About You
Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience within a recruitment agency, executive search firm, or fast-paced talent acquisition environment.
Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and headhunting passive candidates.
Strong experience recruiting across IT, Finance & Accounting, and broader corporate functions.
Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
Results-driven, proactive, and highly organised.
