As a Business Operation Analyst within Operations, you support Operations initiatives by assessing end-to-end processes, identifying systemic issues and process breaks, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements and appropriate controls.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform document reviews and process assessments; evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs.
- Identify process gaps, promote root-cause understanding, and recommend controls aligned to the issue.
- Ensure consistent implementation of changes related to system, policy, and procedural enhancements, particularly those needed to remediate systemic issues and process breaks.
- Build and analyze reporting to support operational performance management.
- Propose process reengineering solutions and lead or support process improvement initiatives.
- Operate with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and focus on delivering results.
- Maintain adherence to Change Control policy and support procedure creation and maintenance.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors as required.
- Support requirements gathering, testing activities, and quality assurance efforts associated with business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with established operational procedures and governance standards.
