About Monte Carlo
As businesses increasingly rely on data to power digital products and drive better decision-making, it's mission-critical that this data is accurate and reliable. Monte Carlo, the data reliability company, is the creator of the industry's first end-to-end Data Observability platform. Named an Inc. Best Workplace for 2024, a DBTA Readers Choice for Best Data Observability Solution for 2024, a G2 Best Product for 2023, and the "New Relic for data" by Forbes, we've raised $236M from Accel, ICONIQ Growth, GGV Capital, Redpoint Ventures, IVP, and Salesforce Ventures. Monte Carlo works with data-driven companies like Fox, Pepsico, Amazon, American Airlines, and other leading enterprises to help them achieve trust in data.
About the role:
Monte Carlo is looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter, GTM, to join our growing People team and play a critical role in our next growth phase. In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll be more than just a recruiter - you'll be a key partner in shaping our team, building a best-in-class organization, and driving our go-to-market (GTM) efforts.
Your mission: to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent who will help elevate our market presence and accelerate our growth.
This is a fully remote role located anywhere in the US, and will report to the Head of Recruiting.
Please note that we are only accepting applications until 5p PST on Thursday, November 14th.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Own the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience for candidates.
- Work closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, providing regular updates and strategic insights on talent acquisition progress.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates for technical expertise, cultural alignment, and long-term success within Monte Carlo.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates, particularly those from the data, dev ops, infrastructure, and AI/ML space
- Implement innovative techniques to engage passive candidates and build a strong pipeline of future talent, proactively addressing immediate and long-term hiring needs.
We're excited about you because you have:
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS recruitment, with 2-3 years specifically focused on recruiting in the data, dev ops, infrastructure, or AI/ML space.
- A minimum of 2 years working in a scrappy, fast-paced startup environment, where you've had to be resourceful and adaptable to meet hiring demands.
- Proven ability to leverage data to drive decisions and influence hiring strategies, optimizing recruitment efforts and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, with a keen focus on delivering high-quality hires.
