Build production AI agents and agent-powered features from research and prototyping through deployment. Develop evaluation infrastructure with golden datasets, regression suites, and offline/online scoring. Own retrieval and context pipelines, production instrumentation, failure taxonomies, and cost and latency budgets. Partner with data science and product management on experiments and agent behavior, while establishing LLM engineering patterns, guardrails, and reusable tooling.

Qualify inbound leads and outbound to strategic prospects, triage against ICP, build the inbound playbook with marketing, use AI tools to research and personalize outreach, prioritize pipeline, and convert high-quality prospects into opportunities.

Lead and scale Monte Carlo's partner ecosystem across EMEA by recruiting, enabling, and managing cloud, SI, and consultancy partners; build joint GTM plays; drive partner-sourced pipeline and co-marketing; run field events; and cultivate executive relationships to expand market presence and accelerate revenue.

Identify and contact net-new prospects through high-volume cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Generate qualified opportunities for account executives, prospect into enterprise and strategic accounts, and help develop the outbound sales playbook. Collaborate with account executives and the EMEA sales leader while maintaining strong organization, prioritization, and process discipline in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.

Design, build, and own production AI agents and automations for marketing. Integrate and instrument the marketing stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Clay, ZoomInfo, data warehouse), implement predictive scoring and personalization, monitor systems for reliability, and collaborate with marketing, RevOps, and sales to translate problems into deployable software.
