The specialist collaborates with implementation and business-as-usual teams and may travel for customer meetings.

Develop and support secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, App Engine, and AI capabilities. Translate market and compliance requirements into specifications, coordinate delivery across agile teams, prioritize features, triage defects, conduct competitive analysis, and present product strategy to executives and customers. The role requires strong HR domain knowledge, product management expertise, stakeholder influence, and awareness of regulatory and industry trends.

Serve as the primary contact for cloud-related inquiries and service requests, coordinating with Cloud Operations and stakeholders. Maintain an AI-driven knowledge base, improve search and content discoverability, and ensure documentation meets compliance and security standards. The role also supports revenue operations projects, UAT, automation, internal training, and customer licensing assessments.

Manage renewals, entitlement compliance, quote and order accuracy, CPQ approvals, and DealHub operations. Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations to improve processes, test system enhancements, train users, maintain sales documentation, support deal execution, and provide transactional quote assistance. The role also supports Revenue Operations coverage and helps ensure commercially sound, compliant subscription deals.

Own the full sales cycle for new business across Germany, from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and contract close. Develop territory plans, exceed revenue targets, engage senior stakeholders, deliver solution demonstrations and proposals, and lead complex multi-stakeholder opportunities. Maintain CRM forecasting and reporting while collaborating with presales, marketing, customer success, and partners. Focus on Unit4 cloud solutions for Professional Services organizations.

Provide proactive performance reviews, readiness assessments, health checks, and post-go-live adoption analysis for SaaS/ERP customers. Identify risks, optimize business processes, improve adoption and value realization, and advise on AI-enabled productivity improvements. Partner with Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Managed Services, and Product teams; influence senior stakeholders; and create repeatable playbooks while tracking measurable outcomes.

Lead Unit4’s global Product and Engineering organization for Coda and FP&A, owning product strategy, engineering execution, architecture, technology investment, roadmap, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Partner with the General Manager on business strategy, modernize established financial platforms, improve delivery speed and reliability, apply AI to products and engineering, engage strategic customers, and build scalable leadership, talent, and operating models.

Lead a portfolio of new product bets from discovery through commercialisation. Hire and grow product managers, set product direction and delivery standards, own pricing, packaging and go-to-market, and be accountable for commercial outcomes and customer impact. Build cross-functional partnerships and represent the program to senior leadership.
