Manager - Product Management (MEDI Product)
The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting-edge services across a wide range of business areas.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the Payment Performance Intelligence (PPI) Program within Mastercard's Business & Market Insights (BMI) business.
In this role, you will be responsible for enabling MEDI's next wave of growth by identifying, validating, and shaping transformative product opportunities. You will be focused on customer discovery, opportunity assessment, business case development, and business requirements design for innovative solution areas such as APIs, Agentic AI experiences, cross-product integrations, new payment flows, and other emerging capabilities.
This role will operate at the intersection of product strategy, customer needs, commercialization, and product development, translating market opportunities into scalable product concepts and business requirements that can be delivered by Product Development teams and successfully commercialized through Product Enablement and Sales organizations.
Role responsibilities• Lead customer and market discovery activities to identify and validate new product opportunities.• Conduct opportunity sizing, business case development, and prioritization.• Translate customer needs into product requirements, customer journeys, success metrics, and solution MVP definitions.• Partner with Product Development teams to design solutions and support delivery of new capabilities.• Contribute to pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market plans in partnership with Product Enablement.• Drive alignment cross function to advance strategic initiatives.
All About You• Experience in product management, product strategy, consulting, or related roles within payments, fintech, or technology businesses.• Experience leading customer discovery, opportunity assessment, and business case development.• Experience defining product requirements and working with cross-functional teams to deliver new capabilities.• Strong understanding of data products, APIs, analytics solutions, and emerging technologies such as agentic AI.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and roadmap prioritization skills.• Understanding of commercialization fundamentals, including pricing, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategy.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates strong ownership and execution.
