Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans for top university hospitals and major private groups.
- Identify customer needs across radiology pathways; translate these into tailored solutions, proposals, and value messaging.
- Maintain full visibility of competitive dynamics within key accounts and proactively position the company for growth.
Commercial Execution
- Own the full sales cycle across the radiology portfolio, from opportunity creation to negotiation and closing.
- Manage tender processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Lead cross-functional teams—including clinical specialists, service managers, modality experts—to deliver compelling customer solutions.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with radiology department heads, hospital leadership, procurement, and clinical influencers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on technology trends, workflow optimization, and best practices.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify emerging opportunities in the Hungarian imaging landscape, including private sector growth, outpatient centers, and technology refresh cycles.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to drive demand-generation activities, site visits, and demonstrations.
Internal Collaboration
- Partner closely with regional modality leaders, service organization, finance, and operations to ensure forecasting accuracy, deal quality, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to regional strategic initiatives and share market insights to support planning.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
- Proven track of record in medical device, radiology, imaging equipment, or complex B2B solution selling.
- Demonstrated success managing large, strategic healthcare accounts.
- Strong understanding of radiology workflows and procurement processes in Hungary.
- Fluent Hungarian and strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across Hungary (approx. 50–70%).
Preferred
- Experience in CT/MRI/Advanced Imaging sales.
- Background working with university hospitals or national-level healthcare institutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare tendering and public procurement law.
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations and lead cross-functional teams.
