Responsibilities:Involved in APQP process deeply and monitor it to assure the realization process of the product and the process follow all related procedures and also common requirement:
DF: Give comments and request from quality control point of review ,such as SC definition,the fesibility of measurement. MPM:Review and give comments for the process flow and PFMEA in SOP according to similar parts’ quality issue,lead to finish the Pre-launch control plan according to reviewed process flow and PFMEA,define the test and measurement equipment for SOP with team,and lead to confirm the equipment,attend the review of gage design and signature. SPM:Define the gage requirement for supplier,review of gage and signature,define the supplier part control item according to assembly in VC and customer,key characteristic.
- GR 3:
1) TEM:Check whether the fixture,equipment confrom the control plan,and fixture,mold verified,maintenance plan,arrange the manufacturing of test fixture and tracking the process until handover it to QA lab.
2) PTR:Attend trial-run process and check compliance of the process and product,finish all of the inspection documents,e.g.inspection WI,boundary sample,product audit,annual inspection and so on.
3) IRR:Perform control plan and product audit,check compliance of the process and product,capability study for the key characteristic,analysis the failure part and continuous improvement with I-chart.
4) PPAP:Lead to finish the PPAP document and submit to customer according to customer requirement,upload the PPAP document to quality share point after customer approved.
- GR4:
1) SOP:Track the quality status with I-chart,analysis and improvement for the failure part,lead to review whether exit to GP12 after improvement.
GR5:Collect the quality data for team reference,and give advice for some CIP projects.
Customer complaint Deal with the customer complaint with QStudioNG,communicate with customer timely,or confirm the root cause on customer site directly; Estabilish 8D team to analysis the root cause and make the preventive actions,response the 8D report schedule for customer; Confirm and track the improvement effective; Check and improve the similar part Statistic the quality cost Internal complaint Check and review the failure parts in the holding and scrap area daily,define the quickly response actions for the quality loss less than 1000 RMB with relative department,open the internal complaint and solve the problem with 8D method for the quality loss more than 1000 RMB; Prepare the sample part and I-chart to attend the weekly TOP3 meeting; Review GP12 parts and update I-chart daily,define the part whether in GP12 according to failure mold and sheet after meeting discussion with relative department weekly. Other assigns Layer audit weekly at least once according to layer audit plan,and track the improved actions implement; Risk evalution for the nonconform from product audit,annual inspection and gage calibration; Creat the SPC plan according to control plan,and implement on time; Submit the relative document to customer for the SOP part; Preaudit according to control plan and schedule meeting before customer audit to assure pass. Attend supplier audit according to part importance; Training to inspector and tester;
Other task assigned by the leader.
Qualifications:1. Bachelor or above;
2. 3-5 years quality management experience in automotive industry, working experience in foreign company is preferred.
3. Can use english well.
4. Major of mechanical engineering related is preferred .
