- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of SQE experience in plating.and related field
- Qualified IATF16949 internal auditor and VDA6.3 auditor.
- Proficient in quality tools, such as 8D, 5WHY, 5 core tools etc.
- Knowledge of surface treatment process control and familiar with CQI-11, CQI-12 requirements.
- Good negotiation, coordination and problem solve skills.
- Good team-playing spirits, logic thinking, attention to details，be able to focus organizational efforts.
- English communication and Computer skill.
- HSF knowledge is needed.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
- Responsible of supplier quality control, handle daily NC, push on-stie quality improvement.
- Coordination of identification and development of suppliers (i.e. supplier assessment; supplier selection; supplier development).
- Monitoring and tracking of all supplier-activities before SOP (i.e. APQP、PM procedure).
- Release of supplier & following procedures PPAP/FAI.
- Coordination of reporting issues regarding suppliers (i.e. PPAP, FAI, quality, package issue etc.)
- Responsible for cross-checking feasibility evaluations, participating technical discussions, verifying production processes concerning capability
- Perform Process Audits, R@R.
- Identify and implement HSF and QC080000 requirements in the SQM process.
- Supplier monitoring be held such as regularly audit, performance assessment, annual PPAP review. Requalification and full dimensions verify.
- Supplier coaching and capability improvement.
- Regularly summary lessons learn for history non-conformities and share with team.
- Regularly quality performance summary and report.
- Continuous optimize related procedures to make sure all meet the requirements.
- Other relevant tasks arranged by supervisors for achieving company’s objectives.
