Competence requirements
Experience of elevator product and main manufacturing process
Knowledge of elevator related laws, regulations and codes.
Good communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and root cause analyzing skills, be familiar with data analysis and quality tools, like 8D, fishbone, 5 why, FMEA...
Bachelor degree and major in mechanical or electrification
Responsibilities and key activities
Communicate the improvement status with frontlines regularly by organizing or participating the quality meetings and quarterly / monthly reports to frontlines.
Be the key team member of FYCOR Gemba visit together with frontline and cross-function team, support to FYCOR issues handling and follow up.
Support on KTI new product piloting by contacting selected frontlines, collecting the feedback.
Track the CA raised by global field support for Supply Line related issues.
