We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Analyst with 2- 4 years of exp to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying and validating workflows, testing application functionalities, and ensuring end-to-end quality across modules and use cases. Strong documentation skills are essential for this role to ensure traceability, clear reporting, and communication across teams.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Hands-on experience in manual testing of enterprise applications.
- Ability to write and maintain detailed testing documentation.
- Strong skills in creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and test plans.
- Good understanding of workflow logic, approvals, and role validation.
- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA or similar.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills to pinpoint and confirm issues.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is a plus.
- Background in ITSM or process-driven environments.
- Exposure to automated testing tools or test frameworks.
- Perform manual functional testing based on business requirements and user stories.
- Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Validate workflows, form behavior, approval flows, and user role permissions.
- Conduct regression, integration, and UI/UX testing.
- Validate field-level logic, mandatory conditions, and rule-based form behavior.
- Track and report defects with clear steps to reproduce and supporting logs.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders for issue triage and resolution.
- Ensure data integrity and correct relationships between records post-execution.
- Participate in UAT cycles, ensuring completion of all quality checkpoints.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive testing documentation including test plans, logs, and final reports.
