The role of a Senior Project Manager is to provide excellent customer service while managing our clients’ custom quantitative market research projects. Our Digital PMs interact directly with our clients, media agencies and publishers, ensuring all projects are successful from start to finish. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Maintain full project ownership in delivering (but not limited to) complex Digital market research projects 

  • Consistently exceed client expectations from project inception through completion 

  • Build effective, professional working relationships with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to Dynata’s products and services 

  • Manage multiple concurrent quantitative projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality 

  • Ensure project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as survey programming, client development, etc.), and vendors (such as translators, etc.) 

  • Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate project challenges in a timely manner 

  • Effectively communicate both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team

  • Tasks may include: 

  • Tagging online content 

  • Testing online survey links 

  • Sampling 

  • Set-up and monitor reports to evaluate key project metrics 

  • Ensure quality measures are followed 

  • Updating clients regularly on project progress 

  • Ensure key project performance metrics such as project profitability meet or exceed established guidelines

Knowledge and Skills Required 

  • Strong familiarity with the digital environment 

  • Able to prioritize workflow, have a strong attention to detail and be service oriented 

  • Ability to lead and direct client meetings and be an advocate of the company and its capabilities 

  • An individual who asks questions, listens to answers, defines problems, finds solutions and facilitates/enables change 

  • Able to successfully manage and complete projects and tasks within a high volume workload 

  • Commits to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders

Experience 

  • At least three years of account or project management experience required 

  • Experience in market research desired but not required 

  • Experience in Digital Media desired but not required: 

  • online advertising 

  • campaign management and ad trafficking from a media agency 

  • media planner or buyer from an advertising agency. 

  • Understanding of basic research methods used for evaluation effectiveness of online campaigns desired 

  • Experience in a customer service environment desired but not required

The base salary range for this position in is $60-$86K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
