The project manager is accountable for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction of the project from sales handover to final acceptance. He/she will be the main point of contact for the customer for the duration of the project.

The project manager is accountable for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction of the project from sales handover to final acceptance. He/she will be the main point of contact for the customer for the duration of the project.
In close cooperation with sales, he/she contributes to the sales phase to the potential project on realization specific items. He/she then supports a smooth transition from the sales phase into the implementation phase and later into the service phase. He/she is responsible for all aspects of the project implementation and coordination of all internal resources and suppliers.
The project manager is highly customer-oriented and should be able to advocate and support the customer’s logistics processes and requirements. During the project he/she can evaluate potential opportunities, consult the customer accordingly, propose, negotiate, and agree on solutions.
The project manager is highly motivated to work in a startup/growth environment and is open for a wide range of tasks at different locations.

- Management of implementation projects.
- Customer satisfaction through high customer-orientation, convincing and efficient problem solving.
- Suggest, negotiate, and close changes / improvements / change orders to improve the project.
- Deliver successful projects for customers on time, on budget, and with high degrees of quality and safety.
- Support the development and refinement of standard solutions, project tools, documents, and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Travel domestically and possibility internationally, total travel estimate is 30%
- Support the startup of the new company.
