Responsibilities:
• Lead an operate autonomously, making strategic decisions with minimal oversight to ensure project outcomes align with business goals.
• Demonstrate assertiveness with a strong knowledge of agile and iterative development methodologies. Ensure adherence to agile principles by acting as the voice of reason and collaborating with the team to make tough decisions when necessary.
• Develop and implement strategic project plans that proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals, building and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive project success.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across all departments for managed projects.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, integrating innovative solutions into project management practices.
• Maintain a high level of organization and proficiency in written and verbal communication, with a strong commitment to transparency to build trust within the company.
• Exercise autonomy in decision-making, effectively removing obstacles and solving complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Exhibit attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed reporting environment.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies effectively, including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and leaders on agile best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve productivity and team outcomes.

- Minimum of five years’ experience managing web and mobile app development projects, particularly in the direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or FinTech sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in cross-functional leadership, with a track record of effectively driving alignment and accountability across teams.
- Experience with the Product Operating Model is a plus.
- Ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Advanced knowledge or certification in agile frameworks, risk management, or a related project management specialty.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly proficient in using JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Slack, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
