- Managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
- Driving governance, reporting and executive communications across SteerCo, Leadership and senior stakeholder forums.
- Partnering with Business Delivery Owners, Technology Delivery Owners and operational teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable and deliver measurable business benefits.
- Coordinating readiness activities including field enablement, process change, workforce impacts, deployment planning and transition into operations.

- Supporting the continuous improvement of delivery practices, governance frameworks and operational outcomes across the Fixed Line portfolio.
A bit about you
You are an experienced project delivery professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys turning strategy into tangible outcomes. You bring strong end-to-end project management expertise, coupled with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams.
You have a proven track record delivering large-scale transformation, operational improvement or telecommunications initiatives, with experience managing competing priorities, risks, dependencies and resources to achieve successful outcomes. You are equally comfortable working at a strategic level with senior leaders as you are engaging delivery teams to remove roadblocks and maintain momentum.
Most importantly, you are a collaborative leader with a continuous improvement mindset who can build trusted relationships, challenge constructively, and deliver results through others in a complex stakeholder environment. Your ability to communicate with clarity, influence without authority and maintain focus on outcomes will be key to your success in this role.
Application Process
You may find that your experience does not match every requirement listed but, if this role has piqued your interest or resonates with where you are in your career, we encourage you to apply rather than self-select out. We are interested in transferable skills and your skills and perspective could be exactly what we would value to strengthen our team.
