Lead the Fixed Asset Accounting function, ensuring integrity of fixed asset accounting and controls. Provide governance, oversight and continuous improvement across asset accounting processes. Partner with Operations, Technology, Commercial Finance and broader Finance teams to strengthen data quality, drive transformation, and deliver sustainable accounting solutions while fostering a high-performing, inclusive team.

Collect, analyse and interpret program data to deliver reporting and visualisations, maintain data quality and governance, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic outcomes.

Manage, maintain, and optimise backend program datasets to deliver accurate, accessible data for reporting and analysis. Collaborate across teams to improve data quality, streamline processes, and ensure timely data delivery aligned with governance standards.

Provide legal advice across nbn's national property portfolio and Finance, Property, Governance and Sustainability team. Advise on leasing, property transactions, access and co-location agreements, corporate governance, grants, and commercial negotiations to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused outcomes.

Manage governance, operation and optimisation of the external IP&D learning platform. Establish frameworks, standards and processes for learning development and delivery, use data and stakeholder insights to drive interventions, support solution development, ensure learning is scalable, auditable and adopted, and help shape long-term operating model for external workforce learning.

Lead end-to-end design, build and optimisation of complex Anaplan planning solutions for FP&A; manage data integration, stakeholder engagement, multi-user model delivery, and uplift enterprise planning capabilities including scenario modelling and AI-enabled forecasting.

Provide experience-led functional design assurance for field channels and internal tools. Define workflows, business rules and AI-enabled interactions, translate designs into implementable requirements and acceptance criteria, and support delivery through discovery, build, test and release. Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams and document designs using Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma.

Lead release control and incident response for Field Services systems. Plan and sequence releases, assess risks and operational impacts, coordinate cross-team operational readiness and stakeholder sign-off. Oversee incident response to meet SLAs, translate technical issues into business impact, drive timely resolution, lead post-incident reviews, and implement continuous improvements to reduce recurring incidents and strengthen operational performance.

Install, repair and maintain copper and fibre connections and customer equipment across Perth Metro. Work independently to diagnose faults, complete installations and provide on-site customer support while following safety procedures. Receive full training, tools, and ongoing support.
