Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic fixed-line telecommunications programs across fibre, HFC, and network infrastructure. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, executive reporting, operational readiness, field enablement, workforce impacts, deployment planning, and transitions into operations. Partner with senior stakeholders across business, technology, field services, commercial, delivery partners, and operations to deliver customer, productivity, and network-performance outcomes.

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Power BI reporting and analytics solutions. Gather requirements, build prototypes, develop self-service BI capabilities, and translate complex business needs into actionable insights. Apply data profiling, governance, and ETL expertise to deliver reliable data products. Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams while managing testing, validation, user acceptance, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain demand and supply capacity plans for field resources. Analyze data, forecast demand, model scenarios, identify trends, and support workforce planning decisions. Manage operational data and planning systems, collaborate with stakeholders, improve planning processes, manage risks, and enhance forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and service performance across teams and locations.

Develop and optimize wireless network capacity and performance processes. Analyze network counters, KPIs, and large datasets; manage data pipelines and ETL; automate analytical solutions; and create scalable tools and visualization dashboards using SQL, Python, enterprise databases, Linux, Tableau, and Power BI. The role supports data-driven network optimization, operational reviews, leadership initiatives, and performance escalations.

Lead end-to-end design, build and optimisation of complex Anaplan planning solutions for FP&A; manage data integration, stakeholder engagement, multi-user model delivery, and uplift enterprise planning capabilities including scenario modelling and AI-enabled forecasting.

Provide regulatory and economic advice with a modelling focus, supporting SAU economic regulation. Conduct financial modelling, quantitative analysis, regulatory submissions, stakeholder engagement, compliance, and strategic initiatives while mentoring colleagues.

Provide regulatory and economic advice to support nbn's Special Access Undertaking processes, revenue proposals, and compliance. Analyze financial, pricing and cost information, manage regulatory initiatives, prepare high-quality submissions, engage stakeholders, contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement, and mentor colleagues to achieve effective regulatory outcomes.

Install, repair and maintain copper and fibre connections and customer equipment across Perth Metro. Work independently to diagnose faults, complete installations and provide on-site customer support while following safety procedures. Receive full training, tools, and ongoing support.
