We are looking for a passionate Senior Project Manager to join our Europe team. You’ll play a key role in leading and supporting projects across the Europe and UK region, especially in the DACH (German-speaking) and Eastern European markets.

We offer flexible hybrid work options, so you can balance working from home with time in our office in Budapest.

We will count on you to:

  • Leading the planning and delivery of client projects, whether they’re standalone or part of bigger programs,
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting on project goals, risks, and timelines for both internal teams and clients,
  • Being the primary point of contact for the client project lead and work closely with internal colleagues to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Managing multiple projects at once, keeping an eye on quality and deadlines,
  • Spotting potential risks early and finding solutions to keep projects on track,
  • Helping improve and standardize project processes for better efficiency and risk management,
  • Clearly communicating project needs, deadlines, and technical details to everyone involved,
  • Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure success,
  • Managing project budgets responsibly and ensuring financial accountability,
  • Making sure all work follows company policies and industry standards.

What you need to have:

  • A true team player with 4-6 years of experience in project management, ideally in HR or consulting,
  • A relevant university degree (Business, Economics, Psychology, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience,
  • Project management certification is a plus (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile),· Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
  • Native Hungarian fluent English (English will be your main working language). Additional European language skills, especially German, are a bonus.
