This position reports to:
Engineering Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- 独立完成绝大部分复杂项目的低压开关柜设计，如工程图纸、BOM和其他项目文件等。指导/校对其他工程师的低压开关柜项目设计，如工程图纸、BOM和其他项目文件等。为报价、检验和服务提供必要的技术支持。能够整理相关的技术培训材料和课题，对其他员工进行技术培训。
- 2. 了解客户实际需求和竞争对手的产品特点，准备最优的项目方案文件，协助销售中标。
- 3. 列出项目偏差和客户更改内容，多维度考虑，提供最优的方案（综合安全性、成本和交期等）满足客户新增的需求，并传递给项目管理工程师。
- 4. 按照项目计划和项目成本安排和调整自己的设计和校对时间，确保项目交付及时且高质量，协助团队完成团队设计指标。
- 5. 识别和评估项目设计存在的风险，并给出合理的建议消除风险；积极探索项目潜在的机会，分析成本效益和项目影响，能够提出措施提高设计效率和项目利润。
- 6. 协助客户解决项目的技术问题；参与客户的项目技术会议，介绍产品和项目设计澄清。
- 7. 与供应链管理部门合作，评估产品的技术参数是否符合项目的技术要求，必要时应协助准备产品的技术要求，如槽钢、母线桥等。
- 8. 建立和维护与同事关系，主动选择性收集/学习/分享/总结项目设计经验，提高自己的项目设计输出效率和质量。
- 9. 时常能够提出设计工具/流程地改善意见，较好提高部门设计效率和准确率，并在部门内推广和执行
- 10. 为同事提供技术指导、支持和建议，为设计工程师设置合理的计划和任务。可以领导一个小团队。
