This individual will lead the technical design, documentation, consultant coordination, and contract administration for the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate technical solutions with design vision and project goals.
- Direct the development of contract documents ensuring completeness and coordination.
- Mentor project team in development of contract documents, construction drawings, constructability considerations and detailing.
- Lead technical design resolution including envelope and systems integration.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants, ensuring integration of consultant systems into documentation.
- Ensure adherence to firm standards and best practices, meeting standards for accuracy, clarity, coordination and constructability.
- Lead QA and QC processes.
- Perform and oversee duties related to contract administration, including submittals, RFIs, change management, and closeout. Lead architectural field observations and reporting.
- Ensure construction aligns with contract documents and design intent.
