Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Principal Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and oversee complex, cross-functional programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, an ability to lead collaborative efforts across diverse teams, and a track record of delivering impactful projects on time and within budget.

Job Location :-Bangalore/Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage program management initiatives that impact multiple teams and departments.

• Drive cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Leading Program Management across Data, Business Intelligence & Security/PII initiatives.

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables to meet strategic goals.

• Partner closely with stakeholders across different functions, including product, engineering, marketing, and operations.

• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs to ensure programs are on track and delivering value.

• Proactively identify risks, resolve project bottlenecks, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Provide leadership and guidance to program managers within the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualification & Skills Required:-

• 10+ years of experience in program management, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs.

• Strong background in managing complex, high-impact projects across multiple functions.

• Proven track record in risk management, timeline optimization, and stakeholder management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive consensus and decision-making.

• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Experience in Process Improvements and Strategic Planning & Execution will be a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred or MBAs preferred.
