Role Summary:

Provide high-level program support to Americas Executive Sales Leadership team. Successful candidate possesses proven time-management skills and ability to build, manage and track the execution of sales programs. The role must interact and collaborate seamlessly and with a professional demeanour across all levels of the organization.

Job Scope/Supervision:

The role does not have direct reports but will be a resource to Americas Executive Sales Leadership team. Additionally, the role will lead and collaborate on projects with other teams including but not limited to SalesOps, RevOps, Marketing and Product.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support development of sales programs with the sales executive leadership team
  • Collaborate in the delivery of sales programs within the ecosystem
  • Ownership of communicating, tracking and managing sales program effectiveness in conjunction with the ecosystem
  • Example of ownership of programs:
    • Build communication methodology for key sales initiatives. If ongoing, provide ownership of speakers and content.
    • Coordinate and track completion of training and report gaps and next steps
    • Coordinate and track reinforcement activity within the sales organization
    • Identify and Inform sales leadership of gaps and weakness, coordinate eco collaboration on next steps
  • Schedules and attends key program meetings on behalf of executives, preparing slides, taking notes and distributing minutes and updated project plans as required
  • Develop and customize sales PowerPoint decks to help enable sales to articulate the value proposition of GTT to customers

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention-to-detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function effectively in a high-paced environment
  • Excellent Project/Program management skills
  • Proven ability to be pro-active and perform job duties independently
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

Desirable Experience/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree is preferred

5+ years of relevant experience in leading senior level programs

Hours/Travel/Shift:

  • Standard hours M-F (Eastern or Central time zone) with ability to work outside standard hours when necessary
  • Travel is less than 10%
