Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks and cross-team dependencies, using structured problem-solving, process improvement, and change management to keep delivery on track.
Leverage and promote the use of data, tooling, AI-driven systems, and standardized frameworks to optimize execution, and safely integrate and operate AI/ML‑enabled solutions that improve program outcomes and efficiency.
Minimum requirements:

Several years of experience leading multi-team or cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, with accountability for scope, schedule, and quality.
Proven experience working closely with engineering and product teams, demonstrating fluency in technical concepts, system and API dependencies, and data-driven decision making for program planning and execution.
Demonstrated ability to manage program-level governance, including dependency management, risk/issue tracking, stakeholder alignment, and change control across services or domains.
Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products or internal programs to enhance execution, visibility, or decision quality.
Preferred qualifications:
You have a demonstrated track record leading complex, multi-workstream IT integration or organizational transformation programs, such as converging an acquired company's technology, tooling, and operating models onto enterprise standards.
You have experience driving enterprise-wide business continuity management (BCM) or disaster recovery programs, including familiarity with ISO 22301 or equivalent frameworks, RTO/RPO validation, and cross-domain resiliency testing.
You have experience integrating AI-native products or platforms into an enterprise technology ecosystem, navigating governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery sequencing across cross-functional teams.
