  • Organize and provide routine updates on top technical and program risks and issues, communicating key programmatic information inward to the Electrode Engineering organization, and outward to the broader engineering organization.

  • Improve our program management systems and structures based on best-practices and your personal experience, to effectively integrate with and support Form Energy’s world-class technical team

  • Proactively identify and frame key decisions and risks, and work with stakeholders to develop decision-quality options; facilitate progress by ensuring appropriate scheduling, resourcing, and prioritization of engineering workflows

  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering or technical Program Management role

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as mechanical, materials, chemical, or electrical engineering

  • Demonstrated experience in hardware R&D programs

  • Demonstrated experience with contract manufacturers and/or suppliers of high-volume custom components

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to communicate & present at all levels
