Primary Responsibilities:
- Content taxonomy strategy: Own and develop a content taxonomy strategy that enables metadata and tagging within the CMS that ensure topics and authored content follow a prescribed taxonomy for the library of content, and metadata that enables discovery within the publishing process and accessibility standards
- Content entry into CMS: Own execution of content entry at a high quality and accuracy bar into the CMS, with proper quality assurance procedures and testing
- Automation and tools: Partner with CMS Product, Engineering, Authors and Accessibility to ensure efficient processes and automation are in place to support a high scale of quality content to be entered into CMS that also meet accessibility standards
- Planning, Measurement and Reporting: Define and own mechanisms for requests, prioritization and commitment to timelines to ensure content entry requests can be completed. Develop and report out measurement of throughput to stakeholders
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of content management and taxonomy experience for a B2C or B2B enterprise
- Experience with processes and tools for content planning and data entry automation
- Extensive technical knowledge of CMS tools, digital publishing processes and platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager)
- Foundational understanding of content taxonomy within a structured data environment
- Demonstrated success as an SME with high impact on customer and business results
