Responsibilities:
- Serve as Product Owner for IT teams supporting Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and other Corporate Functions.
- Partner with other IT teams and business stakeholders to define priorities, maintain roadmaps, and align delivery with business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog to maximize business value and support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other IT teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and release plans.
- Partner with IT Planning Managers, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and business stakeholders to refine, prioritize, and deliver work.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
- Communicate delivery status, releases, risks, and key decisions in a clear and transparent manner.
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes, operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and system functionality.
- Champion Agile principles and product ownership best practices while providing thought leadership and mentorship.
- Monitor delivery outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, and business risks.
- Document all work in Azure DevOps in accordance with established standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or other Corporate Systems functions preferred.
- Working knowledge of accounting, financial operations, and related business processes strongly preferred.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, requirements analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term business objectives.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, evaluate complex situations, and make informed decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to influence outcomes and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority.
