We're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Real World Evidence to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be a strategic member of the product marketing team, working to develop and successfully execute against marketing plans for products and services in the Real World Evidence (RWE) business unit. You'll partner closely with the life sciences partnerships team (the sales organization) and product management to drive go-to-market strategy and drive the creation and optimization of content that resonates with our audiences. In addition, you'll:
  • Develop value propositions, compelling product messaging and storylines that differentiate Flatiron RWE from competitor offerings.
  • Create sales collateral and case studies that enable the LSP team's engagement with clients, helping to deepen relationships for strategic accounts.
  • Drive commercial success by executing marketing tactics including conferences / events, web presence, and digital demand generation by liaising with the RWE BU and the broader marketing organization, including design & brand.
  • Contribute to thought leadership content development efforts to support content marketing programs targeting specific customer audiences.
  • Partner with product leadership to work closely and cross-functionally with product management and the life sciences partnership teams to drive value for our customers and assess product-market fit of new products and features.
  • Manage competitive intelligence for RWE and contribute to commercial and product go-to-market discussions based on competitor movements.
  • Drive research for market/customer insights to capture the voice of the customers that contribute to the evolving understanding of the RWE market.

Who You Are
You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You have 7+ years of significant Product Marketing experience within pharma, biotech, life sciences consulting or healthcare / health tech, ideally with a focus in oncology.
  • You are an exceptional storyteller and communicator, with the ability to turn complex data science / statistics, technology and clinical concepts into clear communications.
  • You have experience in product marketing and marketing scientific content, ideally in the B2B space.
  • You have previous experience in life sciences with a familiarity of the drug lifecycle and research, especially within oncology.
  • You have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • You have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and can apply them to understand market trends (i.e., for this role to evaluate the RWE market including customers and competitors and its impact on Flatiron's marketing strategy).
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, having demonstrated initiative to formulate solutions in challenging situations.

Extra Credit
  • You have an understanding of drug discovery, translational and/or health economics and outcomes research.
  • You have familiarity with real world evidence and data products,
  • You have an advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH or PhD in a relevant area of study).
