Estep looks for opportunities to align her team members with roles that will stretch their capabilities, as fellow team members and leaders help nurture their confidence in a healthy way — just as Estep’s managers did for her. “I have had several managers ‘take a bet on me’ by slotting me into projects or roles that I felt I was unqualified for,” Estep said. “But that allowed me to rise to the challenge and grow.”

Flatiron offers Real-World Evidence (RWE) solutions to biopharma companies, providing tailored datasets and consulting services to meet specific research needs and goals. The RS team conducts real-world evidence studies to address critical research questions across clinical development, market access, and commercial use cases for our life sciences partners. We also enhance clinical trials by using digital solutions that work across various EHR systems.
