The role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, connecting them all around a single strategy, clear priorities, and consistent messaging across the portfolio. You will sharpen the positioning, messaging, and market visibility of each solution, with full ownership of planning, execution, timelines, and budget, and above all of results: sales, growth, and revenue in the Israeli market.

- Lead cross-functional teams and rally stakeholders across the organization, including without direct managerial authority.
- Work closely with the product team on product design, packaging, and pricing, and bring market and customer insights into the work plans.
- Run market, competitor, and trend research to identify adoption barriers and business or regulatory shifts ahead of time.
- Build a complete Sales Enablement toolkit: playbooks, decks, sales materials, objection handling, case studies, and onboarding, while supporting the sales team in the field with demos and customer meetings.
- Drive demand generation together with the marketing team: campaigns, professional content, and customer stories.
- Own the pipeline KPIs: conversion, adoption, usage, retention, and revenue, and continuously close gaps against targets.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of B2B experience in Product Marketing, GTM, or Product Management roles.
- Proven track record leading GTM for B2B products or solutions across multiple initiatives, from strategy through measurable business results.
- Hands on experience building value propositions, positioning, messaging, segmentation, and sales enablement.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, deliverables, and business goals.
- Deep commercial understanding of the sales funnel: pipeline, conversion, adoption, retention, and growth engines.
- Experience marketing to the Israeli SMB market - an advantage.
- Experience marketing B2B solutions in the Israeli market - a significant advantage.
- Background in business information, finance, credit, risk management, or data - a significant advantage.
- Experience working with advanced AI tools - a significant advantage.
