Klaviyo is looking for a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to accelerate growth within priority verticals — starting with Hospitality (Food & Beverage and Hotel & Travel). This role owns vertical positioning and go-to-market strategy, translating market insight into differentiated messaging, scalable sales plays, and measurable revenue impact.

You will lead vertical-specific messaging, pitch decks, and enablement assets, partnering closely with Sales, Partnerships, Integrated Marketing, CS, and Product to strengthen our right to win. You’ll bring structured market and field insights into roadmap discussions while operating within an established vertical strategy.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven PMM who thrives in fast-moving environments, independently owns complex GTM initiatives, and turns customer insight into compelling narratives that drive pipeline and revenue.

Vertical Market Expertise

  • Own and refine ICP, segmentation, and TAM/SAM to guide prioritization and investment.
  • Develop deep customer and buyer insight across sub-segments and geographies, including pain points, workflows, and buying dynamics.
  • Build differentiated vertical narratives by translating Klaviyo’s capabilities and ecosystem integrations (loyalty, reservations, POS, PMS) into clear use cases and measurable business outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong point of view on the competitive landscape and how it varies by segment and region.

GTM & Revenue Impact

  • Develop scalable sales plays and cross-channel GTM programs in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Equip Sales and Enablement with high-impact collateral, discovery frameworks, objection handling, and customer proof points.
  • Partner with CS and Customer Marketing to turn customer outcomes into repeatable expansion and advocacy motions.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, including B2B SaaS.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to translate pipeline, revenue, and usage data into actionable strategy.
  • Clear communicator who simplifies complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Influential cross-functional partner who can drive alignment without formal authority.
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
  • Owner mindset with accountability for business results, not just deliverables.
