Leads Klaviyo’s Order to Cash finance technology function, owning the systems roadmap, ERP and CPQ integrations, financial workflows, SOX controls, audit readiness, and AI-driven automation. Partners with Finance, Engineering, Internal Audit, Security, and executive stakeholders to scale billing, revenue operations, international expansion, and enterprise capabilities. Oversees application architecture, system configuration, testing, data quality, and continuous process improvement across the O2C landscape.

Build and scale core ML platform infrastructure for model training, deployment, feature storage, real-time retrieval, inference, and monitoring. Lead architecture and technical execution, write production backend code, conduct design and code reviews, mentor engineers, improve reliability and cost efficiency, and partner with ML, product, data science, infrastructure, and security teams on platform strategy and roadmap.

Own the positioning, messaging, launches, packaging, pricing, adoption, and revenue growth strategy for Klaviyo Personalization. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Marketing to translate AI and data science capabilities into compelling customer value. Shape the roadmap through market insight, develop enablement and thought-leadership materials, influence cross-functional teams, and measure launch and program performance.

Own the technical side of commercial sales opportunities from qualification through close. Conduct discovery, design solution architectures, lead proofs of concept, deliver tailored demos, address objections, and advise technical and business stakeholders. Partner with account executives, product, engineering, support, and channel teams on integrations, security reviews, RFPs, and implementation planning. Plan and report on audits, advise on new systems and AI-driven processes, and maintain alignment with external auditors.

Lead Klaviyo’s global mobility and immigration program, including visa petitions, relocations, secondments, international assignments, compliance, employee communications, and vendor management. Develop scalable mobility processes, monitor immigration and employment-law changes, advise leadership on risks, and support employees and their families through cross-border moves.
