About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
Qualified is the B2B agentic marketing platform for Salesforce customers, and we’re looking for a Sr. Manager of Product Marketing to help us win in one of the most exciting and fast-moving moments in company history. Qualified is part of AI Labs, Salesforce’s new innovation team built to develop and scale AI-native technologies at startup speed — leveraging the full power of Salesforce. Alongside sister companies like Fin and Regrello, Qualified operates with the agility of a startup, while plugging into one of the world’s largest enterprise go-to-market engines, bringing the agentic enterprise vision to life for Salesforce’s customers.
With our product, Piper, the #1 SDR Agent, now an official part of the Salesforce family, we are hyper-focused on scaling our enablement efforts across the Salesforce distribution engine. We need an experienced PMM with the right mix of strategic positioning chops, operational rigor, and executive presence. In this role, you’ll break down complex product knowledge into sales-ready positioning, while also interfacing and collaborating highly cross-functionally across Sales Leadership, Sales Programs, Product Marketing, and more.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Build and maintain best-in-class enablement materials — pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive positioning — that help Salesforce Core AEs, Marketing Cloud AEs, Agentforce Specialists, and Qualified Specialists confidently sell Qualified. Build and deliver high-impact presentations and demos for internal enablement sessions
- Design and deliver compelling enablement programs and content (training materials, FAQs, talk tracks, demo guides, etc.) that empower technical and non-technical sellers alike. Partner closely with Sales Leadership and Enablement teams to develop scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs
- Create, launch, and manage quarterly sales plays aligned to product priorities, market opportunities, and field needs – driving measurable pipeline growth. Support the content hub strategy, ensuring sellers can always find what they need (e.g., Qualified Enablement Hub)
- Design and build AI-powered enablement tools – including custom Slackbot skills and agent workflows – that turn manual, multi-source seller research into instant, accurate, actionable guidance (e.g., eligibility checks, pricing/quoting assistance, FAQ and objection-handling lookups), and iterate on them based on field usage and feedback. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain comfortable with ambiguity, adapting quickly while maintaining clarity, precision, and executional excellence
You're Our Person If...
- 5–8 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS; experience at a Salesforce ISV or within the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus. Proven track record driving success in a role that spans product positioning & messaging or sales enablement
- Demonstrated experience working directly with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Sales Programs to translate GTM strategy into field-ready execution. Success in developing sales plays, enablement programs, and training materials that drive adoption and measurable pipeline impact
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, capable of delivering persuasive, executive-ready content for diverse audiences. Strong written communicator who can translate complex concepts into crisp narratives for sellers, customers, and executive audiences. Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar) and comfort navigating technical positioning, especially with AI agents
- Highly organized and effective at managing multiple priorities and timelines in a dynamic environment. Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to inform GTM strategy, measure success, and refine programs. Highly collaborative — you’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Programs, Product, Success, Demand Gen, and Product on a daily basis. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, post-acquisition environment with shifting priorities and lots of ambiguity. Background in competitive intelligence / competitive strategy is a plus
