Senior Product Marketing Manager, Platform and Migrations

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Platform and Migrations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our cloud migration strategy and enhancing customer data portability capabilities on our cloud platform. You will be responsible for influencing the product roadmap by delivering market and customer insights to R&D and crafting and executing go-to-market campaigns.
In this role you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our migration tools and programs, as well as the data portability capabilities of our cloud platform
• Create compelling customer-facing content to enhance understanding and awareness, driving the adoption of new features and programs
• Develop technical content and enablement programs to equip customer-facing teams, support staff, and partners with the tools and knowledge needed to solve customer problems
• Work cross-functionally with product, solution engineers, solution architects, migration managers, and more

Your background:

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or product management

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $153,000 - $199,750
Zone B: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone C: $127,800 - $166,850
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
