Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Experience  to lead outbound marketing execution for Dynamics 365 Customer Experience business across the Sales, Service, and Contact Center portfolio. This role will translate portfolio priorities into high-impact market moments, customer-led storytelling, and GTM.

The role is centered on three core workstreams: Tier 1 and marquee events—including Microsoft Ignite and other flagship industry moments— customer advocacy, and GTM execution. You will bring each motion to market through clear messaging, compelling content, customer proof, and coordinated channel activation.

Working across product, sales, field, events, campaigns, and communications teams, you will drive disciplined execution from strategy and planning through delivery, amplification, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Tier 1 and marquee event execution for Customer Experience, including Microsoft Ignite and other flagship Microsoft and industry moments. Own the end-to-end plan across messaging, sessions, demos, customer participation, content, amplification, and post-event follow-through.
  • Build and scale Customer Advocacy by identifying strategic customers, developing references and success stories, and activating customer voices across events, campaigns, web, seller assets, and thought leadership.
  • Drive Solution Play execution by translating portfolio priorities into cohesive outbound motions, including audience-specific messaging, customer-facing assets, demos, presentations, campaign content, and seller enablement.
  • Develop integrated outbound content that connects product value, customer proof, and solution narratives across presentations, webinars, videos, web experiences, and campaign channels.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with product, sales, field, web, campaigns, communications, and events teams, establishing clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria for each motion.
  • Measure and optimize execution using defined success metrics, audience engagement, customer participation, asset adoption, influenced pipeline, and program insights to improve future outbound motions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in business, marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in business, marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing AI-driven, agentic, or enterprise business applications.
  • Experience in CRM, customer experience, customer service, or contact center platforms, such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
  • Experience delivering content and activation for large-scale events, developing customer references and advocacy stories, or supporting enterprise solution plays and seller enablement.
  • Proven experience leading integrated outbound go-to-market programs for complex enterprise products or solutions, such as Tier 1 or marquee events, customer advocacy initiatives, solution plays, launches, or multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, audience-specific messaging and compelling customer value stories.
  • Tangible experience and examples of leveraging AI for content creation and go-to-market execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, high-visibility workstreams from strategy through execution, managing multiple stakeholders, dependencies, priorities, and deadlines in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional teams—including product, sales, field, events, campaigns, communications, and customer-facing teams—without direct authority.
  • Experience defining success measures, evaluating program performance, and using audience, customer, adoption, or business insights to optimize future execution.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
