What you'll do:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: Identify and validate new opportunities through market/user research, write clear and actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), collaborate with design and engineering throughout the development process, and conduct post-release data analysis to evaluate performance and inform continuous improvements.
- Shape and deliver the product roadmap: Build a forward-looking roadmap that reflects both business priorities and user needs, ensuring clarity of vision across teams. Communicate the roadmap effectively to align executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, and adapt it as market conditions and insights evolve.
- Drive stakeholder management at all levels: Partner with CxOs and senior executives by presenting persuasive business and user logic, facilitating alignment across multiple functions. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, secure buy-in for new initiatives, and provide clear, structured updates on progress and learnings.
- Measure and track impact: Establish and monitor Key Growth Indicators (KGI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence. Leverage insights from data tools to drive accountability, optimize features, and ensure the team remains focused on measurable outcomes.
- Enable organizational growth: Act as a mentor and coach for junior product managers, providing guidance on tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Basic Qualifications:
- Approx. 7 years of experience in product development and management.
- Manage the end-to-end feature development lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, writing Product Requirements Documents (PRD), managing development process, and conducting post-release data analysis.
- Strong experience in defining and executing product roadmaps that align with business goals.
- Ability to measure and communicate product impact on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using KGIs and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the core development team and market teams to ensure the growth/success of the project
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior product managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in product globalization or localization as product manager or relevant roles.
