About the RoleAs a Senior Product Manager at Brandlight you thrive at the intersection of product innovation and execution velocity: someone who deeply understands customer problems, forms an opinionated view of what to build, and then drives it all the way to shipped, adopted product that moves business metrics.
This is a single-threaded ownership role. You won't be handed a roadmap. You'll build one, grounded in customer evidence and strategic judgment, then own every step from problem framing through launch and measurement. You'll work directly with leadership, engineering, and GTM in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment where every decision carries real weight. The right person for this role has built products from ambiguity before, has the conviction to say no to 90% of requests, and has a track record of shipping things that customers didn't know they needed but can't live without
ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy and execution for a core domain end to end, from identifying the right problems through shipped, adopted product
Go deep on customers, competitors, and market dynamics; translate what you learn into product bets backed by evidence, not opinion
Make the hard prioritization calls and build a transparent system the whole company trusts for deciding what gets built and what doesn't
Drive delivery with speed and precision: tight specs, aggressive scoping, fast cycles, zero ambiguity
Validate before you build; design fast research cycles and kill your own ideas when the data says so
Tie every initiative to a business metric with a measurement plan before development begins; own the full loop through post-launch impact
Keep the CEO, R&D, and GTM aligned with clear communication and crisp decisions
Build repeatable systems for customer research, competitive intelligence, and internal feedback loops
8+ years in product management, including 2–3+ years as a senior/lead PM in B2B
Proven end-to-end ownership: discovery → shipped product with business impact
Strong product sense and customer empathy; focuses on outcomes, not features
Excellent prioritization; identifies high-impact work and makes clear tradeoffs
Ships fast; drives teams to high output through focused execution
Strong technical fluency (architecture, data, AI/ML); works closely with R&D
