Design complex, data-dense product interfaces from early concepts through shipment. Partner with product and engineering to create scalable, buildable designs, make product decisions, communicate rationale, and iterate rapidly. Use generative AI, AI-assisted prototyping, and rapid asset creation throughout the design workflow while maintaining high standards for typography, layout, interaction design, and product quality.

Own full-stack product modules from concept through production, including scalable data models, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, backend services, and polished data-intensive interfaces. Improve performance, data quality, reliability, and delivery across the stack. Partner with product and design, make architectural decisions, and operate applications and pipelines in the cloud using CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and production debugging.

Own end-to-end analyses across client marketing performance, Brandlight product usage, and consumer behavior in AI chats. Responsibilities include attribution, marketing effectiveness, product analytics, clickstream analysis, panel data modeling, statistical validation, visualization, and stakeholder communication. The role requires translating complex data into actionable marketing, product, and business decisions while maintaining analytical quality and proactively driving projects.

Own AI capabilities end to end, from problem definition and research through production deployment and continuous improvement. Build machine learning algorithms, LLM-powered agents, data pipelines, and reliable production services. Monitor and optimize accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability while driving technical decisions, mentoring teammates, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Own Brandlight’s enterprise demand generation and account-based marketing strategy. Lead account selection, segmentation, buying-group mapping, personalized 1:1 and 1:few programs, intent-based activation, and coordinated Sales and Marketing plays. Partner with Sales, Growth Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and GTM Engineering to generate qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline. Measure performance across the account journey and use AI to improve research, personalization, experimentation, analysis, and execution.

Own strategic engagements with enterprise customers from problem definition through execution. Translate data, customer signals, and market inputs into executive recommendations, identify expansion and commercial opportunities, and develop repeatable delivery and go-to-market frameworks. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, R&D, and leadership to improve customer value, product direction, and company growth.

The Enterprise Sales Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, lead consultative sales conversations, and drive high-value deals with enterprise clients, particularly targeting Fortune 500 marketing leaders.

The AI Strategist will lead enterprise customers in SEO and AI search strategies, driving measurable outcomes and collaborating closely with product and R&D teams to create impactful narratives.

As Senior Enterprise Account Lead, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring adoption, renewals, and expansions through relationship building and value articulation.
