The Role:We are looking for an experienced PM to tackle some of our hardest challenges. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and CPG experts across the company, as well as GTM teams, to scale the business, and build features that benefit brands selling billions of dollars worth of products.
Until now, product has been diffused across the team. We were able to move very quickly while maintaining high context across both customers and our internal team. That said, product scope has increased quickly. We now sell an accounting automation platform, trade promotion management tool, sales forecasting tool and analytics platform; each one of these surface areas go deep and have single companies built around them.
There has become a clear need for a dedicated product leader in the company, so we are looking for our first Product Manager to join the team in-person.
Compensation for the role will range between $180,000 and $220,000 + Benefits + Meaningful Equity (.25% - .35%).
Responsibilities:Distill complex user and technical requirements into simple interfaces and user experiences
With engineers and designers, come up with platform-level capabilities that provide a scaled benefit and solve for multiple use cases at once
Ensure we meet high customer standards by designing robust feature rollout and quality processes
Pick up slack wherever needed to ensure the team and product’s success, whether that means taking CS calls or trying to reproduce a reported user issue
Engage the broader team in the product process
Talk to customers multiple times a day.
Ideally B2B experience scaling from 0 → 1.
5+ years of product experience at high growth tech company or founding experience
