We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager who combines strategic thinking, healthcare market expertise, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution leadership.
This role owns both product direction and measurable business impact — including engagement, retention, and revenue contribution.

What You Will Do
Strategic Product Leadership
- Define and drive product strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase member engagement, retention, and platform utilization.
- Analyze healthcare and digital health market trends to uncover growth and differentiation opportunities.
- Build and maintain a clear, outcome-driven roadmap that balances innovation, scalability, and revenue impact.
Engagement & Revenue Ownership
- Define and track KPIs tied to engagement, activation, retention, clinical outcomes, and revenue contribution.
- Drive initiatives that improve member stickiness and long-term value.
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure product decisions support monetization models and expansion opportunities.
- Continuously optimize product performance based on measurable ROI.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use analytics, experimentation, and market insights to validate hypotheses and prioritize investments.
- Lead structured discovery processes grounded in quantitative and qualitative data.
- Make informed trade-offs based on business impact and long-term value creation.
Engineering Partnership & Execution
- Lead planning, prioritization, and execution within a dedicated scrum team.
- Own backlog strategy, sprint goals, and release planning.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and design to deliver AI/ML and GenAI-powered capabilities.
- Balance speed, technical scalability, and business value in execution decisions.
- Ensure solutions align with long-term platform and shared services strategy.
AI & Platform Innovation
- Drive responsible integration of AI and Generative AI into scalable healthcare experiences.
- Translate advanced AI capabilities (personalization, predictive insights, conversational AI) into features that increase engagement and outcomes.
- Contribute to reusable platform capabilities across conditions and markets.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align engineering, clinical, compliance, and business stakeholders around clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Communicate strategy, roadmap, and impact to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, FDA, data privacy).
- 8–10 years of product management experience, ideally in digital health, healthcare SaaS, or regulated industries.
- Experience building and scaling mobile applications (iOS and/or Android), with strong understanding of mobile product metrics, user experience, and release cycles.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Strong experience shaping product strategy based on market analysis and performance data.
- Solid understanding of healthcare ecosystem dynamics and digital health trends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead scrum teams and own delivery end-to-end.
- Experience delivering AI/ML-driven capabilities in collaboration with engineering and data science.
- Strong analytical mindset with ownership of KPIs and business outcomes.
- Ability to confidently engage with business stakeholders while working closely with engineering.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
