Leads cross-functional business and technology initiatives from planning through delivery. The role also monitors Salesforce releases and applies new features to improve efficiency and user experience.

Lead backlog end-to-end for a DTC health mobile product: prioritize features, write acceptance criteria, run sprint planning, collaborate with stakeholders and engineering, use data to guide decisions, ensure compliance, and champion AI-driven workflows.

Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform-based infrastructure, containers, monitoring, and operational automation. Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows, and macOS devices. Support onboarding, offboarding, remote technical issues, identity and access management, IT assets, documentation, security standards, and incident troubleshooting while collaborating with engineering, security, operations, and vendors.

Investigate and resolve client-reported technical issues across web and mobile platforms, perform scenario-based testing, monitor and debug RESTful services, assist with eligibility file processing and system monitoring, coordinate with global support teams, and participate in design and code reviews to ensure platform reliability and scalability.

Provide expert-level technical support for web and mobile products, debug high-performance RESTful services, triage incidents, coordinate cross-team incident response, collaborate with Client Success, Engineering, Product, and DevOps to resolve complex issues and improve product reliability.

Own end-to-end data solutions across ingestion, transformation, warehousing, monitoring, and dashboards. Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, AI-enabled workflows, and analytics products. Partner cross-functionally, operate in rotating domain ownership, ensure data quality, compliance, and delivery, and drive initiatives from architecture through production with automation and AI-assisted practices.
