JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Media Services Infrastructure team. In this role, you will lead the organization, intake, prioritization, and efficient execution of infrastructure initiatives spanning cloud, virtualized, and physical services that support media and broadcast operations.

You will partner closely with Cloud Engineering, Compute, Operations, SRE, PMO, and business stakeholders to ensure that requests are properly assessed, resources are effectively allocated, and programs are delivered with the highest business value and efficiency. This role requires exceptional organizational, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, along with the ability to drive alignment across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Intake & Prioritization: Lead intake processes to evaluate new initiatives, assess dependencies, and ensure alignment with business priorities and available resources.

• Program Organization & Efficiency: Develop and maintain frameworks that improve visibility, coordination, and efficiency across infrastructure programs.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, security, and business teams to capture requirements, define deliverables, and manage expectations throughout execution.

• Delivery & Execution Oversight: Collaborate with project managers and the PMO to track progress, manage risks, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with priorities.

• System Monitoring & Observability Alignment: Coordinate with reliability teams to incorporate observability and monitoring into infrastructure initiatives, supporting operational efficiency and proactive issue resolution.

• Security & Compliance Coordination: Ensure infrastructure programs align with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.

• Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs, communicate progress and value delivery to leadership and stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance intake, planning, and delivery processes, driving greater organizational efficiency and predictability.

• Agile Practices & Tools: Leverage Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, document requirements, and support transparent collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Experience: 5+ years of product management, program management, or related experience in infrastructure, cloud platforms, or media technology.

• Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud (AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments; understanding of physical media infrastructure is a plus.

• Observability & Reliability: Experience working with reliability teams and utilizing monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to support operational performance.

• Organizational Leadership: Demonstrated success in establishing and managing intake, prioritization, and governance processes for large-scale initiatives.

• Delivery & Project Management Partnering: Exceptional ability to collaborate with PMO and project management teams to ensure timely, efficient, and value-driven delivery.

• Process Improvement: Proven track record of implementing and refining processes that improve organizational clarity, efficiency, and accountability.

• Collaboration: Skilled at working across technical and business teams to align goals and deliver outcomes.

• Presentation Skills: Strong ability to create and deliver concise, persuasive, executive-ready presentation decks to support decision-making, stakeholder communication, and leadership alignment.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey priorities and outcomes to stakeholders.

• Tools: Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for roadmapping, documentation, and execution tracking.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-174,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
