About the role:

Our Senior Product Managers (SPMs) exude ownership for complex product challenges and opportunities. They’re responsible for the success of their product area with a focus on leading cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve our users’ experience, achieve OKRs, and mentor less senior product managers along the way. We’re hiring a new SPM to put a strong product lens on a newly acquired Electronic Health Record (EHR) business within our portfolio. You will report to the EHR VP of Product and also work directly with the founder of the newly acquired business to capture critical product and market understanding, implement data-driven practices, and integrate the acquired product into our broader portfolio.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for key product areas
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, from ideation to post-launch
  • Collaborate with your Engineering and Design peers for continuous discovery (customers, market, competitors) to inform product decisions
  • Use data and customer feedback to refine product strategy
  • Mentor less senior product managers and contribute to cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure product alignment with company goals
  • Extend product management as a function in collaboration with the VP of Product and your functional peers

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of product management experience in a technology/SaaS business
  • Industry experience in behavioral health tech and/or healthcare strongly preferred
  • Experience working as an early product hire alongside a founder/CEO preferred
  • Experience working with team of offshore engineers preferred
  • Experience managing or mentoring product teams preferred 
  • Proven track record of managing successful SaaS products in regulatory environments
  • Familiarity with the following tech tools a plus: Jira, Productboard, SQL, React, .NET
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Other Information:

  • Location: Fully remote, with some travel to Arizona during the first 6 months in role
  • Compensation: $165,000-175,000 base salary + 10% target annual bonus
  • Benefits: 401k matching, medical, dental and vision healthcare coverage, unlimited PTO, paid holidays, volunteer time off, paid parental leave, etc.
