Engage executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders, apply the SPICED methodology, maintain accurate Salesforce records and forecasts, and use Gong for call reviews and deal insights. Success includes exceeding quota, personally sourcing most pipeline, maintaining strong pipeline coverage, and staying informed on healthcare and human services regulations.

Conducts manual and automated software testing across requirements, user workflows, edge cases, regressions, APIs, and data validation. Creates test cases, investigates and documents defects using SQL, logs, browser tools, and source code, and contributes Playwright automation within CI/CD pipelines. Collaborates with engineers and product teams, supports accessibility and security-conscious testing, follows HIPAA data-handling practices, and uses Claude Code responsibly to improve test design and investigation.

Manage mid-market/enterprise customer accounts to drive product adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and upsell. Act as product expert, deliver training and business reviews, monitor usage, document account activity in CRM, forecast renewals, and attend industry events to meet net revenue retention targets.
