Radicle Health is looking for a dynamic Manager, Customer Success to lead and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers, drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of services, and shape the future of customer success at Radicle Health.

Drive growth by building a revenue pipeline for setting introductory meetings with influencers and key decision-makers in the healthcare sector. Research and develop new and existing accounts through outbound calling, email campaigns, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Attend market events to represent Radicle Health.

Design and develop solutions using the Power Platform stack including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and Common Data Service. Address security vulnerabilities, meet completion dates, and perform testing. Requires 1-3 years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and 2+ years in Power BI development.

Performing month-end accounting close activities, assisting with full cycle accounting and accounts payable tasks, participating in the annual audit, and handling special projects as needed.
